Deepika likely to return to NCB radar

Leading Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone may be in trouble again in the showbiz industry in the matter of drugs.

According to media reports, the Narcotics Control Bureau of India (NCB) raided the house of Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash.

Meanwhile, drugs were recovered from Karishma Prakash’s house which was seized by the Daggers Control Agency.

Following the raid, the NCB has again summoned Karisma Prakash.

It may be recalled that during the investigation into the death of Shashant Singh Rajput, who was found dead at his home in Mumbai on June 14, links to the investigation had reached to the use of drugs in Bollywood.

When Risha Chakraborty, the ex-girlfriend of Shashant Singh Rajput, was arrested in this connection, she had also made revelations about Sara Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and their manager Karisma Prakash in the drug case

In this regard, Deepika’s WhatsApp chat also came to light which she also admitted.

However, now that drugs have been recovered from Deepika’s manager’s house, it is being speculated that the actress may also be summoned in connection with the drugs case.

After the raid on Karisma Prakash’s house, when the NCB asked her to co-operate in the investigation, she did not contact the agency.
