Mohammed Salah afflicted with corona
Liverpool’s Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has contracted the coronavirus. He fell into danger while playing for the national team. Although the Egyptian forward Covid is positive, he has no symptoms.
The Egyptian Football Federation confirmed his attack on Friday.
The 26-year-old showed no symptoms and is in self-isolation, the agency said in a statement. However, the results of the Covid-19 test of the rest of the team were negative.
Salah went on to play against Togo in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Earlier, all the footballers of the Egyptian national team were tested for corona. That’s where Mohammed Salah’s corona test came back positive.
Salah will be able to play in the next two matches of the national team as a result of being attacked by Corona. He will not be able to play two matches for Liverpool.
They will play Leicester City in the Premier League on November 21 and Atalanta in the Champions League four days later. Meanwhile, several Liverpool players have been sidelined with injuries.
