Make orange jelly at home
Jelly is eaten with bread or toast for breakfast every morning. And in that case we rely on the jelly bought from the store. But if you know the recipe, it is possible to make this jelly with delicious taste at home. Let’s know the recipe-
juice – 5/6 orange china grass – 5 grams (half of a packet)
gelatin – 1 teaspoon
sugar – 1/2 cup (to taste)
cardamom powder – 1 pinch
yellow food color – 2 drops water –
less than 1 cup
Take out the orange juice and strain it. Add water, food coloring, china grass and gelatin to the saucepan. Stir constantly.
When the china grass is melted, add sugar and orange juice. When the sugar melts and boils, mix cardamom powder and take it down. Cool a little, fill the jar and keep it in the normal fridge till it freezes. Serve with bread or bread toast.
