Popular video streaming app YouTube is going to bring new options for their premium members. YouTube has already started working on this new option. Once the video download on YouTube is complete, YouTube’s premium users will see it in the download section, in the Hamburger Menu on the left side of the screen.
YouTube is also working to ensure that premium members of YouTube can download offline through the Web version. Only premium members of YouTube will be able to use this new feature in India and other countries. This new feature will be available to premium members of Chrome Browser as well as Opera and Microsoft Edge. This feature is already available in the app version of Android and iOS.
Once the download is complete with this new feature, it can be found in the download section, which can be found in the hamburger menu on the left side of the screen. There will be a Watch Later icon at the bottom of the screen. This allows users to download Full HD Video, in which case the size will depend on the quality of the video. Testing of this new feature will continue until October 19. But it is thought that YouTube may launch it officially soon.
YouTube’s new feature will be available for trial to iOS users through YouTube.com/new until October 31. Some iOS users watch videos on YouTube through Picture in Picture. According to YouTube, those users may not be able to use this new feature for the first 1 hour when they first use it. If Picture in Picture doesn’t work for the first 1 hour, you need to uninstall the YouTube app and reinstall it. YouTube’s new feature allows users to experience a new experience. This is expected to further increase YouTube’s popularity.
