YouTube Tips: Let’s see how YouTube videos can be downloaded to our smartphones and computers.
YouTube is one of the most popular video sharing platforms in the world. Although TikTok is now becoming one of the most popular platforms to compete with YouTube. However, unlike many other video sharing platforms, YouTube offers many benefits to its users in downloading videos. As a result, users get the opportunity to watch videos at leisure according to their needs. Smartphone users in India who are accessing the free app will only be able to download YouTube videos at 720p resolution. However, these videos remain within the app. On the other hand, paid or premium users can download videos in full resolution. Videos downloaded on YouTube are only available for 48 hours. The user then needs to connect his device to a mobile or Wi-Fi network (every 48 hours).
In addition to mobile devices, YouTube users can download videos to a desktop-based app for offline viewing, which is restricted to premium users only. The frustrating thing is that the videos that are set for personal viewing are not downloadable.

Step-1: Open the YouTube app on the smartphone.
Step-2: Go to the video viewing page.
Step-3: Below the video, press the download option.
Step-4: Once the video is downloaded, the bottom of the downloaded video will turn blue.
How to download youtube video on computer-
Step-1: Go to the browser and open YouTube.
Step-2: Open the video you want to download.
Step-3: At the bottom of the video, you have to click on the three dots, i.e. the menu.
Step-4: Click on the download option.
Once the YouTube video has been downloaded, the user will find the video in the hamburger menu on the left, in the download section of the platform.
