Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge

Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge: Xiaomi has said that the new phone will be launched in India with 120W fast charging support. This will be the first phone of its kind in the country.

Xiaomi is all set to launch its first smartphone in India on January 6 in the year 2022. Smartphone maker Xiaomi has announced that the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge will be launched in India in the first week of January. The smartphone is said to be a rebranded variant of Redmi Note 11 Pro +. It was launched in China last month. Xiaomi has said that the new phone will be launched in India with 120W fast charging support. This will be the first phone of its kind in the country.

120W fast charging support
Earlier this year, Xiaomi launched the Mi 11 Ultra with 67W fast charging. However, customers were given a 55W fast charger in the retail box. Apart from this most Xiaomi, Poco and Redmi smartphones keep fast charging limited to 33W. It will be interesting to see how Xiaomi introduces the 120W charger for the first time in the country. Xiaomi’s charging tech will definitely put it ahead of OnePlus, Realme and other fast charging companies.

Estimated cost
The new and superior tech will be the Xiaomi 11i hypercharge mid-premium smartphone. It is currently being speculated that the price will definitely be higher than the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max in India. The top-end variant of the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max is currently priced at Rs. Is 21,999. The cost of Xiaomi 11i hypercharge can be higher than that. In China, the Redmi Note 11 Pro + is priced at CNY 1,899 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. Starting at around 22,200.

No official announcement
Due to the global shortage of chips and expensive components, many smartphone makers are forced to keep the price of their devices in India higher than in other markets. At the same time, the recent rise in the dollar is unlikely to help. Considering all these factors, the Xiaomi 11i hypercharge costs Rs. It is estimated to be more than 25,000. However, no official announcement has been made by Xiaomi yet.

The sub-brand has always been associated with affordable and value products and perhaps that is why Xiaomi is not launching this phone under the Redmi sub-brand. The Redmi Note 10 Pro Max has been the most expensive Note series device ever in India. Of course, Xiaomi also has no doubt that it is not sensible to sell a Redmi brand device in India at a price higher than this price point. It’s not that it wasn’t in the past. The Redmi K20 series was also available at the same prices. Let us say that this was the only K series in India.

Features of the phone
In terms of features, the variant to be launched in India should be similar to the variant launched in China. The phone is rumored to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 120W fast charging support with 4,500mAh battery. The phone is expected to have a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC processor. If this happens then this phone will be the first phone in India with such a processor.

108 megapixel primary camera
The phone is expected to have a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front of the phone may have a 16-megapixel sensor. A fingerprint sensor can also be provided on the power button in the phone considering the features. Given all these features and specifications, what do you think about the price of Xiaomi 11i in India?
