Realme 9 Pro Plus: Realme has already revealed that Realme 9 Pro Plus will come with MediaTek Dimension 920 processor and flagship Sony sensor, which will come with rear optical image stabilization (OIS).
The Realme 9 Pro + will be the company’s first smartphone to come with a heart rate sensor. Realmy India CEO Madhav Sethe has announced on Twitter that the upcoming 9 Pro series phones will have an optical sensor on its screen that will measure the heart rate pattern. Madhav has posted a short clip on Twitter, revealing that the phone will have heart rate reading support, which will be found in the health section of the Realmy Link app. Having a heart rate sensor in a smartphone is not a new technology. Samsung introduced a heart rate sensor in its flagship phone many years ago, the latest of which is the Samsung Galaxy S10 series.
Samsung has removed the heart rate sensor and SpO2 from its Galaxy S20 series flagship phones. With the advent of smartwatches and fitness bands, it has become common for phones not to have sensors.
There is no word yet on the phone, but there have been reports that the Realm 9 Pro + will feature a full AMOLED display with a high refresh rate. It has been revealed that it may have a 50-megapixel rear camera, and will have a punch hole in its display for selfies.
Also, the price of the Realm 9 Pro series has been leaked. According to RMLleaks, the Realme 9 Pro will start at Rs 16,999 and the Realme 9 Pro + could start at Rs 20,999. The base variant of Realm9 Pro will come with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the base variant of Realm9 Pro + will come with 6GB RAM.
Currently, no information has been given about the price of the Realmy phone, so it is clear that its true price will be known at the event. Although Realme has not given any details about its launch date, Tipster has said that the European launch is on 15th February, while its launch in India could be on 16th February.
